I'm sure all of you are eagerly anticipating our annual Christmas program next Tuesday, December 22. What a way get into the holiday mood with your favorite seasonal carols sung by your favorite performers.

Here is a summary of information you should know regarding this year's program:

1. There will be a dress rehearsal performance in the gym at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday which is open to parents.
   
   
2. The Tuesday evening performances will begin at:
   
   1. 6:30 p.m. Group 1 - (Pre-K through 2nd Grade)
   2. 7:30 p.m. Group 2 - (Grades 3-8)
   
   
   
3. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis with the exception of the basketball court area immediately south of the Junior High building which is roped off and reserved for faculty & staff.
   
   
4. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
   
   
5. Student performers must report to their assigned classroom no later than 6:15 p.m. for Preschool - 2 and 7:15 p.m. for grades 3 - 8. Teachers will send notice of room assignments home with the children in each grade level.
   
   
6. Once a class has completed its performance, students will return to the assigned classroom where they will remain until the remainder of their performance group has finished. Parents are not to leave the gym to seek their children while a performance is underway.

Your cooperation by adhering to these guidelines will help us to insure a program which may be enjoyed by all family members in attendance.

Breakfast with Santa is Wednesday, December 23 and early dismissal is 11:30 a.m.

Christmas break will begin, Thursday, December 24. The children will return back to school on Monday, January 4, 2010
