Tuition Assistance from the
Catholic Education Foundation The Diocesan Catholic Education Foundation will again be awarding $500 - $1000 to elementary school families for the 2010-2011 school year. Students entering kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible for assistance. Grant determination is based on verified financial need from the FACTS application. If you feel you qualify for this grant, you may pick up a FACTS application from the school lobby beginning today, complete it and mail it no later than March 1. You may also apply online at www.factsmgt.com. Any questions may be directed to the FACTS office at 1-866-315-9262. Please read the information on the application form carefully to make sure you include everything that is needed to process it and also note that there is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. This application is also available in Spanish. Tax returns for the 2008 year may be used, but W-2 forms must be from the 2009 year. Families will be notified of awards in May. Principals will receive notification of awards made to their students. All applicants must submit an application, even if they have received an award in the previous year. Award checks will be sent directly to the schools. Note: Awards are made by the Catholic Education Foundation, not by the FACTS Company. May our Lord continue His blessings upon our people and our school.
